Alana De La Garza is a stunning actress who has made a mark on the tiny screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. Soon after she moved to Texas to pursue her medical therapy training at University of Texas. De La Garza did not keep her place in Texas for long and soon transferred in Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of roles as an actor including commercials and independent films. The actress quickly discovered her love for the art of acting even in small roles. After moving into New York and in 2001 she was offered her first stage role in the daytime soap drama All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the initial decade of 2000 she appeared in smaller roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first big series part on the drama short-lived The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. She played A.D.A. in Law & Order which was where the most memorable scene was that of 2006. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Her character was later seen on the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated to win several awards, including the award for Best Supporting Actress - TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as numerous ALMA Award nominations. In 2008 she received an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She appeared as Marisol Deko in the role of wife of David Caruso's role as Horatio Caine. She played Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was ended. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian and is the younger sibling of Cory. The family she was raised in was the strictest and most religious family. Milano began her career as a child when her nanny took her to an acting audition. Milano was one of the four girls selected from among over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano played in television commercials and on off-Broadway plays, among them the very first American musical rendition of Jane Eyre.
